You hereby understand and acknowledge that by participating in Two's Company Speed Dating events, the e-mail address or mobile phone number you provide may be supplied to certain other participants (matches only).

Two's Company does not carry out any research on the backgrounds of any participants in the Speed Dating events, and you agree to releaseÊ any person you meet at Two's Company from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a Two's Company Speed Dating event.

We strongly encourage you to take the same amount of caution as you would take in meeting any new person in order to assure your safety.

You also understand and acknowledge that Two's Company events are held at venues of which Two's Company have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at Two's Company Speed Dating, you agree to release Two's Company from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or agent of Two's Company.

All participants in Two's Company Speed Dating events understand and acknowledge that Two's Company Speed Dating provides a fun and exciting method of meeting new people. Two's Company does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant.
